A signature may be
required on receipt.
If you are not in to
accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe
place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is
safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know
this has been done.
If the parcel can't be
left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to your
local depot, and leave you a card detailing how you can pick it up.
Unfortunately we can not
deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the
next working day.
UK
Express Delivery (Next Working Day) £5 Per Order
Orders must be placed by 4pm
to ensure delivery the next working day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Thursday or Friday will be delivered on Monday. Postage costs are non refundable on orders that are received after the cut off time.
Next Day Delivery orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday, except bank holidays
(UK Only).
Orders placed on a bank
holiday will be delivered in two working days.
Unfortunately we can not
deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the
next working day.
Our carrier will deliver
your parcel between before 5pm and a signature will be required on receipt.
You will receive a SMS
notification on the day of delivery with a 1 hour eta. If you have not
submitted your mobile number at checkout your notification will be via your
registered email.
If the delivery time is unsuitable you can respond to the notification and change the date of delivery.
Saturday Guarentee - £7.50 Per Order.
Our Saturday Guarentee service ensures all orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday before 1pm.
All orders recieved after 4pm will be delivered the following Tuesday. Postage costs are non refundable on orders that are received after the cut off time.
