Procedure
United Kingdom
In the
event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the
item or items to us in their original condition* free of charge within 14 days
of receipt using the returns label provided with your purchase.
You will
need to complete and include the returns form within the packaging indicating a
request for an exchange or refund. The returns form can be found on the reverse
of your customer invoice which arrives with your order.
Returns
normally take between 3-5 working days to be received and 1-2 days to be
processed. Be sure to retain proof of postage as
this will be required in the event of a package being undelivered.
If you have missplaced your form you can print one off from here. Please
note it is one return label per transaction, additional labels used will be charged at £3.95.
Returning
for an exchange
Upon
receipt of your return we will ship out the requested item free of charge, be
it the same style in a different size or a totally different style you have
requested. Any difference in price will be refunded or can be paid for. Exchanges can only be dispatched
once the original item is returned. If you require the item sooner you can
purchase it separately, in which case the return will be treated as a refund.
All exchanges will be shipped via standard delivery unless a customer requests
an expedited service.
Returning
for a refund
Upon
receipt of your return we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
All refunds will be subject to a flat rate fee of £3.00. Please note, this is per return not per item, For Example, If you are returning two shoes the refund will be less £3 NOT £6. If you have selected special delivery service, flat rate fee will not apply, you will be refunded less original P&P charge.This covers administrational and processing costs associated with

page. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the return.
Other
reason for return
If the item you
received is different to your ordered item or arrives faulty, please contact
customer care quoting your order number and your name and whether you require a
refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please
note we can only act upon the return once the return has been received.
Email
confirmation
Once a
return has been exchanged or refunded a member of the customer support team
will email you to confirm your request has been acted upon. If you have
returned a parcel and have not received an email after 10 working days please
contact our customer service department.
*Item must
be unworn and in original condition (apart from trying on carpeted surfaces).
The return must be in its original box and must be repackaged with no tape
attached to the box itself. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
Your UK
statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
International
Customers
International
customers are responsible for the return of an order. Orders will need to be
returned to the below address within 21 days of receipt accompanied by a
completed returns form.
Exchanges
